Yes. We deliver across India! We offer free delivery in Kannauj only, typically within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. For the rest of Uttar Pradesh and across India, delivery takes 5–10 business days via our freight partners with wooden crate packing. All G.K. Almirahs arrive fully assembled and ready to use.

Yes — you have 7 days from delivery to request a return or replacement. If it’s a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we cover return shipping and arrange a free replacement or full refund (just share photos within 48 hours of delivery). For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping is at your cost.

Custom-built, made-to-order, or bespoke dimension/colour orders can’t be returned unless they arrive defective, since they’re built specifically for you.

We accept prepaid orders only, processed securely via Razorpay — cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Cash on delivery isn’t available, and we never store your card or banking details.

We do our best to represent colours and finishes accurately, but slight variation can occur due to screen display and the handmade nature of powder-coating. Use our Room Visualizer and product photos as a close guide.

Once a return or cancellation is approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank’s own processing time.
