Delivery Areas & Timelines
Kannauj (Local)
Free Doorstep Delivery within Kannauj district directly from our manufacturing plant, typically within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
Uttar Pradesh & Regional
Fast doorstep delivery across UP cities, typically within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
Rest of India
Delivered via our trusted freight & logistics partners in 5–10 business days. All almirahs arrive fully assembled with multi-layer wooden crate protective packaging.
Delivery timelines start from the date of order confirmation (not order placement) and can vary slightly for made-to-order or bespoke pieces — we’ll always let you know the expected timeline for your specific order.
Payment
We currently accept prepaid orders only, processed securely through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets). Cash on delivery is not available at this time.
Refunds
Where a refund is due — for a cancelled order, a return, or an undeliverable address — the amount is credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Bank processing times beyond this are outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll share tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp on the number provided at checkout.
Delays
While we work hard to meet the timelines above, factors like weather, regional logistics disruptions, or high demand during sale periods can occasionally cause delays. We’ll proactively notify you if your order is affected.
